Beautiful yellow photos on flickr.

I have rebooted my computer, wiped everything, and now am in the process of reloading all my rss feeds. Slowly, one by one, I am enjoying rediscovering my favourite places. Always surprising how beautiful other peoples houses are, how interesting daily rituals are from the other side of the world, and always nourishing to remember how poetic some people are. Life in my little enclave is not that interesting or creative at the moment. .

I thought I would share some fabulous images from my stack of 1950’s Home Beautiful magazines.

I have had a mixed bag of a week. Good things include recieving a copy of ‘Have Wheels, will go’ in the mail, finding the perfect sized basket for a particular purpose, and spending an afternoon under a tree with a good friend.
